Layout

  • Posts per page

    Set the amount of posts on the main blog page.
    This is also the amount on the search page.

  • Layout

    Choose the layout of a main blog page, you can select from: Grid, Classic, Masonry Blog Style, Masonry Tiles, Photo, Photo 2 and Timeline.

  • Columns

    Specify the number of columns for Grid, Masonry and Photo 2 blog layouts. We recommend using 2-3 columns for best results.

  • Title tag

    Select which heading type you want to use for your blog page.

  • Post Image

    Select if you want to use the default way of displaying featured images, which can be replaced with sliders and videos or if you want to force the featured image even when a slider or video post type is chosen.

IMPORTANT!

There are exceptions

The post image option will work for all blog styles except Masonry Tiles & Photo 2.

 
  • Full Width

    Enable/Disable full width layout for the Masonry blog style.

Options

  • Blog Page

    Assign the main blog page if you are not using a dedicated page. This means that your are using the default way of displaying posts in WordPress.

QUICK TIP!

The main blog page in WordPress

The option above does not work if you want to set a dedicated page for displaying posts. You still have to set this page in wordpress settings > reading.

 
  • Order By

    Select which of the following you want to order your posts: date, title or random.

IMPORTANT!

You want to use random?

If you want to select this option, remember that it will not work with pagination or load more options. All posts have to be displayed on one page in order to sort them in random order.

 
  • Order

    Choose between descending and ascending order.

  • Exclude Category

    You can exclude categories from the blog page. Remember to type the category slug and separate more than one with a coma ( , )

  • Excerpt Length

    Maximum amount of the words in excerpt.

  • Post Meta

    Choose which information should be displayed in your blog. You can choose from author, date, categories and tags.

  • Load More

    Show "Load More" button instead of pagination links.

  • Filters

    Select which filters you want to display. The options are: show, show only categories, show only tags, show only authors and hide.

  • Filters | jQuery filtering

    Enable or disable the dynamic posts filtering. This does not reload the website.

QUICK TIP!

Always show all posts

If you enable jQuery filtering, you need to display all of your posts on one page, without pagination or load more options enabled.

 

Single Post

  • Title

    Enable/Disable the Single Post title on all single posts.

  • Zoom Image

    Enable/Disable Zoom Featured Image on click.

  • Author Box

    Enable/Disable Author Box info.

  • Comments

    Enable/Disable comments.

  • Layout ID

    Use a custom layout for all single posts.

  • Menu

    Select a custom menu for all single posts. It will replace the default menu.

  • Intro | Padding

    Define padding for the Intro Header template. More information about single post templates here.

  • Count

    Provide the amount of related posts to display.
    The 0 value will disable related posts.

  • Columns

    How many related posts you want to display in a row.

  • Post Image

    Define what type of media you want to display. Only the featured image, or a video and slider you selected for this post.

Advanced

  • Random Love

    Generate a random love number for posts.
